The Destination Access Patient Assistance Programs provide eligible patients with certain BMS products at no charge.

Program eligibility criteria vary by product; please select the appropriate product on the left-hand side to obtain more information on specific eligibility criteria and other program features.

The enrollment process for the Destination Access Patient Assistance Program is an easy 3-step process. For more information regarding product-specific patient assistance, please click on the Products button.

Please contact Destination Access at 1-800-861-0048, Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Destination Access will provide an enrollment form requiring the patient's signature, which will allow Destination Access to conduct a health benefits investigation and coverage search. The benefits investigation seeks to understand the patient's benefits for any existing health insurance; the coverage search seeks to identify new sources of funding for the patient's healthcare needs, including state drug assistance programs and other benefit programs. If it is determined that the patient is a candidate for enrollment in the BMS Patient Assistance Program, the patient's healthcare provider will be contacted no later than the next business day by a program specialist to initiate the program application process.
